For those living outside Kansas and Missouri

For plan members who live outside of Kansas and Missouri, there are special services in place to ensure you receive your medications on time. This information will be important for remote workers, college students, etc.

Use an in-network pharmacy for acute medications, those needed right away to treat an urgent condition (sinus infection, flu, etc.). The list includes thousands of national chain and independent pharmacies that participate in the Judi Rx pharmacy network. You can also use the health system pharmacy.

The health system pharmacy is able to deliver to several states in addition to Kansas and Missouri. If you live in one of the states in the list below, you must use the health system pharmacy as outlined in section 6 of this guide in order for your maintenance or specialty medication to be covered:

  • Arizona, Florida, Iowa, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Texas

For those living in any other state, maintenance medications and specialty medications will be filled through Costco Mail Order Pharmacy.

  • You will need to set up a patient account and have your doctor send the script there by mail, fax, or electronically.
  • We recommend that you order refills at least three weeks before the prescription runs out.
  • To ensure timely delivery, be sure your address is current in Workday.
  • You can still use this service at Costco even if you do not have a membership.
