    • Judi Rx (formerly Capital Rx) is the health system’s pharmacy benefits manager (PBM). This is the same team with a new name – there are no actions needed as a result of this name change. All contact information, including the phone number, remains the same. Your ID card will still work with the Capital Rx name.
    • Contact Judi Rx for any questions related to your pharmacy benefit coverage including what medications are on the prescription drug formulary, the price you’ll pay, where to fill a prescription and how prior authorization works: 833-599-0951
  • Sign up to access important information on the Judi Rx member portal, including a history of your claims for prescription medications and the progress of prior authorization requests. To see total progress toward your deductible, including medical and pharmacy expenses, go to the Luminare Health member portal.

To make sure your delivered prescriptions and important benefits messages reach you and your family on time, take a moment to ensure your mailing information is current.

  1. For prescription deliveries: MyChart

Our pharmacy team uses the information you enter in MyChart to get medications delivered to your preferred location. To check or update your address and the addresses of covered family members, do the following for each covered member:

    • Go to “Your Menu” and select “Settings”
    • Click on “Personal Information”
    • Click “Edit” to review and update your details

If you have problems, send the pharmacy team a message with the new information.

  2. For employee benefits: Workday

It’s important that your address is current in Workday to ensure your benefits function correctly and to receive benefits communications. Workday tracks only employee information, so you do not need to enter addresses for dependents. Note: Make sure to update your address in MyChart as well, which our pharmacy team uses to deliver medications.

  3. For your family members: bswift

Do you have a spouse or dependents covered under your medical plan who are living at another address? To enter or update family member addresses, visit bswift.

    • Scroll down to “Common Actions”
    • Click on “Update My Profiles”
    • Click “Personal/Family Information”
    • Edit under the family member’s name or click “Add” to add a new family member
